Vice-Speaker and Representative of Ramzan Kadyrov visited all of Russian bases in Chechnya. They have argued with Russian occupation forces dislocating in Chechnya. Kadyrov's Vice-Speaker spoke face to face with Russians in Chechnya and even said: "You live here because Chechens pay you! Look how you live here? You live like pigs and you make no sense in Chechnya!" The other one confirmed: "You guys live in Chechnya for 11 years! Where are the results? We don't need you here anymore! Literally, we are feeding you here!"

On the next day, Ramzan Kadyrov and his team sent letters to Russian authorities in Kremlin asking them to move Russian forces out from Chechnya. According to Kadyrov, he doesn't want to see forces of other nationalities rather than Chechens in the Chechen Republic.

Russian authorities didn't responded yet, mostly, because of Ramzan Kadyrov's unpredictable behavior. Ramzan's behavior might even physically drive Russian soldiers out of Chechnya. As far as we know, Kadyrov has about 80,000 soldiers, which is more than Djokhar Dudaev had. Therefore, Russian so-called "Leaders" know Ramzan Kadyrov has enough strengths to kick Russian occupants in few days. 

It is imperative to say that Premier of Ichkeria, Akhmed Zakaev has already said long time ago that Ramzan Kadyrov knows who killed his father. This might be one of the reasons for Kadyrov to make such an act against Russian Kremlin. Maybe it is his first step? (towards what?)
