Pro-Russian puppet in Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov said that West is putting its nose into something they shouldn't. Russian puppet stated: "Buryatsky was prepared by the Western authorities. The West made of him such great Mudjahed. But we destroyed him. He was working for Western national security."
It isn't the first time that Kadyrov blamed the West. Moreover, Kadyrov blames America more often.
